Mom as Christmas has passed and the New Year of 2022 has arrived , you are still missed everyday regardless if it’s a holiday. Remembering you around Christmas brings warmth in my heart. You loved everything about Christmas.  I remember your calls reminding me of the starting of Christmas songs on 99.9 
I have started with our kids  the traditional gift giving that you  used to give to us. It was such a good idea and much appreciated then and now our kids think that it’s a good idea and appreciate it as well. Thank you for all the memories.  I love and miss you soooo much mom. 

Mom as I hear the storm and the rain tonight  I remember how much you loved it! You loved the smell when it rained. I remember when it would storm you used to call me and tell me that you were sitting outside your house in the front lawn chairs and you’d always say “it’s really raining and windy over here is it raining and windy at your house?” Lol. Sometimes it was and sometimes it wasn’t because it hadn’t hit us yet. 
I also remember when I was little I would walk home  and one time it was sprinkling and cold. Before I got to the door I would smell blueberry muffins. And when I came in the house you gave me hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin. I loved it and to this day every time I make blueberry muffins or even smell them anywhere else I think of those times you’ve made them. 
I miss you so much mom. 😢

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU IN HEAVEN MOM! 💐🎂🎁 I hope you are dancing around with dad as you used to when you both were younger. I also hope that you’re surrounded by all of our love ones that have been waiting for you in heaven.

I miss you so much mom!! 😢 Today is the day you were taken from us  4 years ago. It still feels like it was yesterday. They say time will heal but it’s been 4 years and my heart still hurts and is broken because you are gone from us.

Mom there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of you.  But the holidays especially Christmas is the hardest for me. As I try to smile and go on throughout my days, my heart aches because I miss you so much. 
Christmas was your favorite and everyone knew that! I remember your excitement for the Christmas music to come on 99.9
You’d always call me and remind me to listen for the first song. 
I remember you having me hang up garland and  a ornaments attached on each loop all around the house. And painting the front window of the house.  I have a lot of good memories growing up during the holidays. Thank you.

As everyday, I was thinking about you but today I was sharing with Adrianna so many memories of when I was little and growing up. I get it mom! I finally understand!😉  You did your job and some. Even though you are not here with us anymore, just know you were always appreciated and loved and always will be.

Mom today has marked 3 years since you’ve been gone. 😢 I’ll never forget that day for it was the worst day of my life. Loosing you has left me with this emptiness inside me that I can’t explain. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of you or do something or say something that you used to do. Some say I’m just like you lol and I’ll take it as compliment. 
I miss you so very much mom. Some say it’ll get easier as time goes by but it doesn’t. As I try to keep myself busy and occupied with our grandkids my mind still lingers of memories or how you would handle a current situation at that moment. Days, weeks, months and years will continue to go by but it’ll never get easier because in between all of that holidays, birthdays and just regular every days will have to be spent without you. 😢😭 I pray that you continue to look down on us from heaven and ask God to keep us all safe. I miss you mom. Love you much❤️

Another year of birthdays and holidays have gone by without you but you were not forgotten. I have thought of you everyday and I miss you so very much mom. I wish I could see you, hug you and hear your voice again. One day I know I will and until that day I will continue to miss you and think about you daily. Adrianna is doing good  also. I am so blessed to have both of them turn out to be so good. Dre seems to be doing well also. She’s still attending school up North. I’m proud of her as well. You always said that she’s the one that always knew what she had to do and does it! You’d be proud of her too!

It used to freak me out when my dogs would stare and bark at an area where no one was standing. I figured it was you or dad and I hope it still is.. I apologize for their barking. Mom, it's been awhile since I've written on here, but there hasn't been a single day that I haven't thought of you. Keeping it together sometimes seems impossible but I do my best. I have respected your wishes and the promises I've made to you and will continue to do so regardless if you are not here. As another monsoon season passes and we go into the fall and the holidays without you, I look back and Remember how special you tried to make it all for us. Mom today it has been a year since you went to heaven. It's been a hard and emotional year without you. I still can't believe  that you are gone. My heart feels empty without you.  I'm still heartbroken  from losing you.  I still catch myself wanting to call you to talk to you.  And mysteriously a little later during the day one of you voice mail messages  will randomly come on. It used to freak me out at first but now I just think its you sending me a signs. Keep sending signs. I think of all the things I should of and could of done differently and I wish you were still here with me, with all of us. My birthday was a difficult one. Very emotional day for me because you're not here. I miss the midnight Happy Birthday Text and the Happy Birthday phone call.  You are missed everyday by all of us. Lately I feel so empty with so many emotions that I just get lost in them. You have gone to be with dad and those who have gone before us. Thank you for always loving your grandkids the way you did. Not once did you ever make mine feel any different.  Nancy is always asking about you. She misses you so much and I can't help but cry with her.  She says thank you nana for loving her and picking her up from school, and taking  her to McDonald's. .but most of all going to the purple park. Thank you for giving her those memories.
