Maddy, Ruth Ann 93, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2024. She was born in Valentine, Texas. Her parents were Aaron Lee Kelly and Myrtle White. She was the youngest of 15 siblings. Ruth Ann was married to James Allen Maddy a WWII Navy Veteran for 63 years! Her husband James passed away on February 9, 2012. Ruth Ann is survived by their 4 sons: Evan, David, Lee (Robert), and Paul Maddy. Her grandchildren are William, John, Kelsey Brown, Seth, Joelle and Jason. Her great grandchildren are Kylah, Brenna, Payton Lane, Cayden Brown, Owen Brown, Addison, Noah, and Norah.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday December 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM followed with a luncheon at 11:30 AM at the Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85027. The burial will be done at 1:45 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85024.
