Robert Heyer Sr. passed away with Covid on January 12th at the Thunderbird Hospital in Glendale, AZ.
Robert was born June 1942 in Dixon, IL, the son of Bernice and Fred Heyer, deceased. He is survived by his wife Jean, two daughters Mrs. Ron (Laurie) Wilson, Mrs. Scott (Pamela) Bagwell, and a son Robert Heyer Jr. He had ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. He was in the Army Reserves from 1960 thru 1967. He was a well known mechanic and owner of several service stations in Phoenix, AZ for over 30 years. He moved to Ogdensburg, NY in 1970 and was the owner of three service stations for six years, after which he returned to AZ purchasing another service station. He semi-retired from being the owner of service stations and worked with his wife, Jean, for the past 21 years managing two mobile home parks in Peoria, AZ.
There will be no viewing or service, as per his wish.
