Richard "Dick" Grant Colley

Richard “Dick” Grant Colley, 76, of Oscoda, MI passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 after a battle with lung cancer. Dick was a proud United States Marine Corps veteran with a passion for history and reading. Married to the “Scottsdale Princess” for 26 years, their marriage was filled with love, laughter, family and adventure. Dick was a good man that positively impacted many lives, leaving many family and friends heartbroken at this time. Commonly known as the life of the party, the one to call, a man of his word and a few loving nicknames, many glasses have been tipped this week in a share of love, joy and memories. Dick Colley is survived by his loving princess JoAnn Colley; daughters Andrea (Robert) Lopez, Debbie Colley, Melissa (Frank) Gutierrez and Melanie (James) Moore; brother Douglas (Chris) Colley; as well as many grandchildren, niece and nephews. He was preceded in death by father Jack Colley; mother Vivian Colley; brother Jack Colley Jr. and son Daniel Colley. Services will be conducted at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in the spring. Please contact the family directly for service arrangements.
