Paul was born in Chicago, Illinois, on May 31, 1947, one of three children to Eleanor Madelyn Wanderson and Frank Joseph Cangiolosi.
Paul lived in Chicago, then Florida and in 1958, his family settled in Tucson, Arizona. Paul attended schools in Tucson. After high school, Paul joined the Marines. Upon returning to Tucson, he met and married the love of his life, Susan Taylor. They had two daughters, Anna Carabajal and Caryn Cangiolosi. He also had two sisters, Clare Cangiolosi and Ruth Voytek.
After the Marines, Paul began working for a drapery company in Tucson and learned his trade as a drapery installer where he met his wife, Susan.
Paul leaves behind his sister, Ruth and his two daughters.
The family has chosen not to have a memorial service. Please donate to the Wounded Warrior Project in his honor instead of sending flowers.
