I am thinking of you and your daughter during this time. I met you in Tucson during the CTE conference, and my son is in Mike's class. I appreciated the times when I emailed the department to ask for donations for staff members, and he was always one of the first to respond. I am go grateful he went into education and had a lot to give the students, just wasn't enough time. This is going to leave a mark. Love, Marish Varley

He knew how much we love exploring and history, so he was excited to take us on a mini hike to see some petroglyphs. But, it was the summer in Arizona so it felt like the longest hike ever! It was definitely worth braving the heat for. So much fun! 2019

To my first nephew’s family, it is with a heavy heart that I send you my heart felt condolences. I know Mike (Mika) was an amazing young man who grew to have a wonderful life and beautiful family. You will be missed. I love you 

I remember arriving to Aviano in 1998 with Mike and Jovi Albano.  Hated it, liked it, then loved it.   Great memories and good people we were around.  Rest in peace brother
