Joe was born on August 22, 1934, in Strawn, Texas, to David and Dorothy.
Joe Served in the U.S. Navy August 1951- August 1955 and Served in the U.S. Air Force Sept 1955 July 1973
After retiring from the Armet military he worked 9s as an Aircraft Mechanic for Northrup.
Joe Later in Life also worked for Continental Security and Arizona Dept. of Corrections.
Joe had a passion for shooting and collecting guns. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He was also a long term member of Moose Lodge 2243. Joe was also a proud Dallas Cowboys fan.
Joe is preceded in Death by his Father David, Mother Dorothy Stepmotner Rene Stepson Tom Williams Stepson Ken Delaney and the Love of His Life Aline Dolaney
Joe is survived by Brother. Robert, Brother-David, Sister Linda Brimmer (Bill) and Sister Shirley Stepsons Ray Stepson David Delaney and Stepdaughter Debbie Parrilla.
He also survived by many Grand and Great Grand Children
