Jessica Ann Headley, 27, was born on April 15, 1988 in Phoenix, Arizona. Jessica unfortunately passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2015. She is survived by her loving mother Tonya Rickards-Otis (Mike Otis), Father Kelle Headley (Sandy Headley), Dad Everett Rickards, Sister Kelsie Headley (La’Sha Bradshaw), fiancé Richie Obermayer, Grandmother Mary Adams, Grandmother Lana Hallmark, Aunt Sonya Jozwick and Uncle Tony Jozwick, Uncle John Adams and Aunt Paige Adams , Cousins Heather and Dallas Jozwick, and many other loving family members. Donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association in Jessica’s honor. Following services on Monday, May 18, 2015, there will be a luncheon gathering at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, please feel free to bring in a dish or dessert to share.
