1 year and still feels like yesterday.  I went to nani's today. Closing my eyes I can still picture your car in the driveway or when you would pick up the kids after the fair late at night. And you would load everything in the car tell us bye and wish us good night then you would turn the car in a half circle and you were home in your driveway . :) These lil things I will never forget. omg i cant believe ive lost thee brightest star ive ever known. im shakin nd heart is broken for losing such a good friend . my heart goes out to crystal, andrea, nd davian. Jaime just did a shirt for me not that long ago, ill cherrish it forever.he was a great listener nd helper. even when he didnt have much, he always kept giving. i love you jaime u were such a great friend nd a big influence in my life. u will b missed nd remembered. always.

Jaime, my son Scott, Marco & Mike were very close friends & had so many happy,memorable times together.  They were always going on some big adventure.  Jaime would come to our house & airbrush t shirts & Christmas stockings.  One year between, Scott, Jaime & me we sold many stockings, made to order.  I still have the ones he made for us & 3 fantastic paintings he did for us.  We will treasure all our wonderful memories of Jaime.  We were truly blessed to have known him & will miss him & his smile & positive Christian attitude.  We pray for his family that the hole in their hearts will someday soon heal over.  There will always be a scar inside & out where the terrible hurt is, but it will ease over time.  We will look to the sunset & still see Jaime wonderful skill with color & creating a beautiful work of art as he paints the heavens now.  RIP Jaime We love you!

To the Family of Jaime Rodriguez...a man like no other artist I've known.  I had only known Jaime through Badger Air-Brush Co and his wonderful talent with the colors and tools we make but He was always so appreciative and greatful for all I was ever able to do for him...and he never let it go unsaid.  Just a few weeks ago I received an email telling me how awesome I was for making sure his paints were on their way.  A little thing to some but it made my day :) and as I read many facebook posts and remember hearing many things about Jaime from my brother (Ken Schlotfeldt) this was an every day occurance for the people in his life.  As time passes my you remember the wonderful times, the happy memories, the amazing art, and all he meant to so many.  To Crystal and the children...know that Jaime was loved by many and he loved you very much - and he is looking down on all of us from Heaven...God Bless you all and may you find comfort in this time of sadness, and peace in the near future...He was truly one of a kind, and May He Rest In Peace in the arms of our Lord until you meet again!!! My dear friend, today you were layed to rest  and it was so sad to say goodbye. I saw the true love your wife has for you & it was very touching. Met your beautiful daughter who looks like you, and although it saddens me that you are gone, I know you are now free, and now your family has a wonderful angel watching over them. You were a great friend thru high school and even as  many years passed you always took time to chat when I'd see you...my visits to az mills won't be the same. When we met close to 15years ago I thought wow this Guy is amazing not just his Airbrushing but his positive vibe he gave off. I always thought we would work together . Thank you for taking time to talk to me & letting me learn some tricks of yours God speed Jaime.

When speaking about Jaime, I will always say that in my opinion he was the best airbrush artist there has ever been. And what made him so great was his willingness to share his Mastery, and also his ability to be available to so many, no matter what he was working on. You can read the stories of who he inspired and how he helped so many artists. He inspired the artists he met, and his passion was so great he inspired artist that he had not met, through his youtube videos. 
There aren't too many artist willing to teach their craft for free, and he gave it away with no expectations other than to share what he was passionate about, and he even took into consideration all the artists trying to make their living by holding back information. 
The Jaime I admire on youtube, is unique and irreplaceable. It is a huge sadness that he is gone. The people he knew can count themselves blessed because he changed their lives. The people that did not get a chance to know him have to be patient and wait to see him in heaven.
Jaime, The amount of time you were given on Earth was too short. But be in Peace, Celebrate with Jesus, and I look forward to seeing your airbrush workshop in Heaven.

To Jamie's family, my deepest sorrow for you. I am Mike Rivera's Mom, I met Jamie when he was in High School with my son. I was always taking Mikey over to Jamie's house, he use to call me Mrs. R... Jamie,Mikey, Soctt & Marco were always hanging out together. He airbrushed a shirt of Hellraiser that my son still has and years ago I had him airbrush Christmas Ornaments for my entire family, we will always remember him, we think of him everytime we put them on our tree. You probably wouldn't expect your competition to miss you, but you pushed so many of us to be better artists. I will take all the images of your work that I've collected and move forward. I will probably think about you everyday that I airbrush, but I will have to stand alone now. I will have to find a new way of staying creative. You were the other side of things in our field. I will just try to do what you did, but say it my way. I just hope that there is this place that everyone talks about, so that we can airbrush again. Somehow, Someway.

I never met Jaime in person, but having gotten to know him through the airbrush community, I felt like I didn't need to meet him to know him. Jaime was such a help and an inspiration to so many people in our little world; there is definitely an empty spot in my heart for my airbrush brother. My greatest sympathies go out to his wife, his children, and his extended family. Jaime will certainly be missed. I saw a sunset the other day- the clouds were nice and full, and reflected the most beautiful shades of pink. I thought of Jaime immediately. I know he had a hand in creating something so beautiful.

Seems like sometimes gods hand touches someone and they burn so brightly they burn too quickly... Jaime was a gift to everyone who watched him and will never be forgotten. Thank you to his family for sharing him with us. RIP
