Guadalupe Lopez

Born in Glendale, AZ on September 14th, 1942 to Juan & Maria De La Cruz. Lupe was 1 of 17 children. She was raised in Eloy by her grandparents, Mauricio & Aurelia Padilla. She was preceded in death by Pete

Zaragoza & Isidro Lopez. She has nine surviving siblings, Tony, Lorenzo, George, Juana, Terri, Lydia, Mary, Minnie, and Lisa. Our Beloved Mom is survived by her children Yolanda, Consuelo, Cecilia, Pete, Victor, Sally, Susan, and Patricia. Nana Lupe had 28 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchildren who all loved her deeply and will truly miss her.

You were a great Momma/Nana and we knew you loved us all very much. Mom, your door was always open to anyone who needed it and you were just a phone call away. Whenever we needed a shoulder to cry on, you were always there at a drop of a dime. You always called us and sang happy birthday first thing in the morning. You loved to get dressed up, put on your red lipstick and go to all the parties. Your heart was so big, you always asked how everyone was doing, even friends of friends. You taught us and showed us so much, from cooking from scratch to making tamales, we will keep those memories dear to our heart.

Funeral services will be held at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens Tuesday, September 8, 2020 with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM, chapel service at 12:00 PM, followed by burial.

Thank you for all the beautiful memories and life lessons. We will miss your laugh, your smiling, your caring,

your hugs and kisses. Mom, we can never say goodbye to you, because we could never bear the pain. Instead, we say “We Love You Mom, until we meet again”. You are our Angel in Heaven, watching over us.
