On a snowy evening in Chicago, IL, on January 19, 1949,Jack rushed May over to have the Japanese OB doctor to drive them to the hospital to give birth to a tiny,under weight, baby boy. Jerry graduated from Rose Lane Elementary School, Central High School, John's Hopkins. Jerry graduated La Salle Medical school in Mexico City, Mexico with a medical degree. While at Hopkins he was awarded the Unsung fencer two years in a row. Jerry worked for Gompers-mentally handicapped, Aries mentally handicapped group homes & Snergy with the medically handicapped. Jerry was a ardent elder care advocate. Jerry's interests: fencing, gemology & fine art collector.
He's survived by his mother May, Phyllis(sister), & Mark (nephew), and beloved parrot Wesley.
