Eugenia Belle Haynes

Eugenia was born on November 1st, 1943 to Ellis Eugene and Charlabel (Sharp) Hill. Eugenia and her family moved to Longmont, CO in the early ‘50’s where she graduated from Longmont High School in 1961.Since 1996, Eugenia has called Arizona home.

She spent most of her adult life in the security department as a Deputy U.S. Marshall. Eugenia also worked at Rocky Flats Plant near Boulder, Colorado.

Eugenia is preceded in death by her parents; Ellis and Charlabel (Sharp) Hill, and brother; Charles “Chuck” Hill. Eugenia is survived by her loving Husband of 46 years, Walt Capps. Walt and genie had homes in Boulder, Co, Taos, NM, Santa Rosa, NM and Phoenix, AZ. They travelled all over the U.S., England, Ireland, Scotland, Netherland, and France together.
