Dianne Gail Moore

A resident of Phoenix, Arizona since 1985, Dianne 69 passed away on Sunday Jan. 17, 2016 at her home while sleeping. There were no warning signs or illness prior to her passing.

Dianne was born in Kelso WA. On Nov 10, 1946 the daughter of Juanita and Ed Scott, but was raised from birth by her adoptive father Joe Schaffer whom she loved as her father.

Dianne was a woman that was easy to like because of her loving smile and outward personality to greet a stranger as if they knew each other for years. She loved to travel and was planning a trip out of the country for her 70th birthday. She will live forever in the hearts of those people lives she touched.

Dianne is survived by her daughter Michelle, Stacey, and 3 grandsons whom she loved dearly Drew, Tyler, and Joshua. She has 2 brothers Joe and John from the Schaffer side, and her siblings on the Scott side are Nancy, Ron, Marc, Tim, and Phillip along with 11 nieces and nephews. She has an extended family here in Arizona that is too numerous to list everyone that loved her.

Dianne wanted to be cremated and her ashes spread because she loved to travel. There is not going to be funeral or memorial service but there will be a celebration of life gathering at her home in the near future. Her significant other for the past 14 years Duane Tang will be hosting it.
