Darcy Louise Wright Miles was born on February 5, 1932 in Phoenix Arizona to Edward and Doris (Janson) Wright. Darcy attended North High School and graduated in 1949. She married her high school sweetheart, Darrel on March 27, 1950; together they had five children. Throughout the years she worked part time at a bakery and the bank, but spent most of her life caretaking for her family.
Darcy enjoyed bowling and bingo and was a part of the Square Dancing Washington Wranglers. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend to many.
Darcy is preceded in death by both of her parents, Ted and Doris; sister, Maxine Wright Allen; brothers, Ed and Harold Wright; and son, Teddy Miles.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Darrel Lavel Miles; their children, Doug Miles, Debbie Miles Howland, Julie Miles Tenney, Karen Miles York; brother, Thomas Wright; 12 grandchildren, Jason, Tami, Jennifer, Eric, John, Tiffany, Jeffrey, Veronica, Curtis, Crystal, Alexandria, Amy; and six great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Andrew, Dakota, Mackenna, Zarina, and Amina.
