Belia is survived by her children; Alfonso Marcelino Rodriguez (Maribel); Diana Belia Rodriguez; Victor Raul Rodriguez Jr. (Diana); and Gerardo Rodriguez (Elizabeth); her sisters; Rosantina Contreras, Marta Klassy, Gricelda Crosby and Berta Rueda; her grandchildren; Cristian Venegas, Victoria Rodriguez, Anna Rodriguez, Diana Rodriguez, Victor Rodriguez, Gerardo Rodriguez Jr., Nadia Rodriguez.

Belia was preceded in death by her spouse Victor Raul Rodriguez; her father; Marcelino Macias and her mother; Teresa Rodriguez.

A visitation for Belia will be held Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and a rosary at 7:00 PM, at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley, Pharr, TX. A Catholic Mass will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St Jude Catholic Church, 505 S. Ironwood St, Pharr, TX 78577, and a burial to follow at 11:00 AM at La Piedad Cemetery, McAllen, TX.
