Jim was born on February 9, 1972 in Austin, TX to parents, Early and Jim Henry Lee II. Playing football, basketball and running track for several High Schools in Austin, Jim graduated from A. N. McCallum High School in 1990. Jim went on to work for the City of Austin, Dell Computers and the Travis County Sheriff’s Office.
Jim’s first love was The Word of God, reading and studying the Bible was his greatest comfort. He loved sharing the word of God with anyone who would listen. Jim also had a passion for music; he could play the guitar, keyboard, and drums. Jim also loved to sing, rap, and dance a little bit. When Jim wasn’t reading, playing music, or singing, he enjoyed quiet times at home downloading and watching movies.
Jim’s philosophy was: As long as God is in your heart “we winning.”
Jim was preceded in death by his father, Jim, and his mother, Early. He is survived by his fiancé, Piourette Medina; his two sons, Joshua and Caleb Lee; his sister, Cecilia Falkquay-Oviawe, and her husband, Magnus; his brother, Calvin Falkquay, and his wife, Carlette Guidry-Falkquay; a great aunt, Eunice (lil mama) Johnson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
