Dorothy Blevins

Dorothy Matilda Blevins, age 92, daughter of Floyd Beamsley and Caroline Dole, loving wife of Charles Blevins, passed away on Thursday, May 3, at Ledgestone Senior Living Community, in Dripping Springs, Texas.

She is survived by her eight children: Susann, Gene, Mark, Mary, Melinda, Dana, Brian and Gigi. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Dorothy enjoyed reading, visiting with her children and Church friends, and taking care of her dog, Dottie. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A visitation for Dorothy will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 12041 Bittern Hollow, Austin 78758. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
