MACLEAN, Mary Jean (nee Sommerville) – Passed away peacefully at Canterbury Gardens, surrounded by family on June 13, 2021 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon. Loving mother of Robert and wife Roslin and their children Ryan, Dustin, Jordan and Katelin (Kevin); Joan and husband Grant and their children Gillian (Achin), and Dana (Colin); Carol and husband Roger and their children Sarah (Paul), Gordie (Victoria) and Lauren (Jason). Kind ‘GG’ to six great grandchildren. Mary enjoyed her career as a kindergarten teacher. She was a creative person, accomplished at a variety of handwork. Her quilts and other creations are treasured by her family. She cherished her family and loved being involved in family activities, especially at the cottage at Oak Lake.
