McISAAC, Jean Mary (nee Findlay) – Retired from A&P after 40 years of service. Long time member of St. Peter-In-Chains Catholic Church. A wonderful wife and mother who loved to dance, garden and take family road trips. – Suddenly, after an unexpected illness, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, with her family at her side, on Saturday, July 13, 2013, in her 83rd year. Jean was the beloved wife of John for 60 years. Loving mother of Michelle Gardiner (late husband Colin), Kelly (wife Laurie) and the late Julie Ann (1957). Dear grandmother of Victoria and Jeffrey Gardiner. Sister of Malcolm Findlay, Lois Wells and the late Robert Findlay. Jean will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours on Wellington St. where she lived for 55 years. Memorial visiting will be held at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Thursday, July 18, from 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 pm. A Memorial Mass will be held at THE CATHEDRAL OF ST. PETER-IN-CHAINS, 411 Reid Street, on Friday, July 19 at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
