Smith, Genevieve Theresa – At her residence on December 14, 2017 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Ralph William Smith. Dear mother of Reginald Smith (Deanne), Lisa Flynn (Paul), Catherine Seminick (Cliff), Alexander Smith and Elaine Smith. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters Mary-Ellen Gibson, Bernadette Bayler and brothers Gerard Hill and Donald Hill. Retired from Extendicare after 13 years and volunteered with Telecare, St. Anne’s Catholic Church and the Schizophrenia Society. Visitation will be held at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm & 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Cathedral of St. Peter-in-Chains, 411 Reid Street on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 10:30 am.
