David Gordon Munro Snyder

Passed away to be with his Lord on October 4, 2016 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Eggett) for 60 years. Proud and loving father of Randy (Jennifer), Lorraine Stata (Larry), Terry, Leanne Clarke (Oslin) and Carolyn Jobe (Rick). Dear poppa of Ryan, Daniel, Taylor, Jody (Erin), Cody, Ethan, Micaiah, Kylie and Dalton and great poppa of Kayla. Survived by sister Marilyn Weir (Jack) and brother Rod Snyder (Kenika). Predeceased by his sister Earla Kinna (Ross). Will be fondly remembered by his brother-in-law Stan Eggett (Jan) and his many nieces and nephews. Dave will be remembered for his great wit, charming personality and ever helping hand.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at COMSTOCK-KAYE LIFE CELEBRATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street. A Celebration of Dave’s Life will be held Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at NORTHVIEW COMMUNITY CHURCH, 1000 Fairbairn Street, Peterborough at 2:00 p.m. with visitation at the church prior to the service from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations to THE ARTHRITIS SOCIETY or THE LUNG ASSOCIATION would be appreciated.
