Ronald Ray Sinn

He was born on June 9, 1937 in Fort Scott, KS to August Robert and Ruth Elizabeth (Pfister) Sinn. He married Judith Diane Loyd on September 25, 1965 in Springfield, IL. She preceded him in death on March 21, 2023. Also preceding him in death were his parents, two daughters, Diane Rae Sinn and Dana Jo Olson and two infant brothers, August Robert and David Keith Sinn.

Surviving is his son, David (Holli) Sinn of Eureka, CA; son-in-law, Will Olson of Sandpoint, ID; four grandchildren, Chloe and Max Olson and Eden and Odetta Sinn; and four brothers, Leon Sinn of Nevada, MO, Gerald (Cynthia) Sinn of Littleton, CO, Larry (Lauren) Sinn and Tom (Nancy) Sinn both of Greenville, SC.

Ronald was a graduate of the University of Kansas and was founder and co-owner of RJS Constructors. He was a founding member of Northwoods Community Church where he served as an Usher for many years. He enjoyed fishing with his brothers, golfing and playing Bridge with his friends. Ronald had his pilots license for many years and flew for personal and business. He was leader in his family and community and a mentor to many. Ronald also volunteered in his community teaching English to area children and was a passionate University of Kansas Alumni. A visitation will be on Friday, April 21, 2023 from 5 to 7 pm at Northwoods Community Church. A funeral service will be at 11 am on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the church. Burial of the urn will be at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria at a later date. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
