Taffy Kay Blake, 54, of Pensacola, died Friday, February 14, 2014 at home.
Taffy was born September 25, 1959 in Loris, South Carolina to James Stevenson Lewis and Norma Jean Causey Lewis.
Her father preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Blake; daughter, Jennifer King and husband, Thomas; mother and stepfather, Norma and Edward Skinner; brothers, Tony Lewis and Tim Lewis; granddaughter, Morrigan King.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel.
Entombment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 17, 2014 at the funeral home.
