She was born to Harold and Rose Lord on June 11, 1950, in Oakland, CA. She was a military kid, coming to Pensacola at the age of 13. Linda married Jim, the love of her life, on November 27, 1971. She graduated from Escambia High School in 1967. Linda worked for Citizens and Peoples Bank and Pensacola Government FCU, where she developed many cherished friendships.
Her cherished memories will live on in the hearts of her husband Jim, her sons Nathan (wife Maragret) and Jimmy (wife Wendy), and her three grandsons Trey, Anderson, and Graham. She is also survived by her sister Alexis, brother Harold, and her mother Rose. She was preceded in death by her father Harold and sister Susan.
A funeral/memorial mass will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church in Warrington, on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. A reception will follow, for friends and family to visit.
