Laura Anne Dillard

Laura Anne “Peachseed” Dillard, 64, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Pensacola, FL on Tuesday January 9, 2024. She was born on February 12, 1959, in Miami, FL. Laura is survived by her daughter, Rendi (Tisha) Dillard and stepson Colby (Rachel) Dillard; grandchildren, Morgan Farnell, Gavin Farnell, Jacoby Perez Dillard, Amelia Dillard, and Stephania Perez.

Laura was a long-time resident of Pensacola, FL. She spent most of her childhood and teenage years in the Florida Keys. She shared many stories of fishing and snorkeling with whale sharks and 1,000lb sea turtles while growing up in the beautiful Florida Keys. Later in life she relocated to the Pensacola area (Milton) where she had a small farm and enjoyed riding horses. Most recently she spent her time, at her home in Pensacola, doing jigsaw puzzles, knitting, watching football and spending time with her grandchildren. Laura kept a small circle, but she was very fond of her close friends, Marshall, Jill, and Lancey.

Laura seemed to be the most at peace near the water when she had the sun on her skin and her toes in the sand. Pensacola Beach was one of her favorite places in the world. The family will be having a Celebration of Life at Pensacola Beach on Saturday January 20th, 2024. Please reach out directly to the family for more information.
