Specialist Six Santivasci, has had a variety of military duty among which include: U.S. Navy Submarine Service, served in Korea aboard the U.S.S. Lake Champlain Aircraft Carrier alongside his brother Naval Commander and Flight Officer John Santivasci, Flew as an air crewman, ECM radar operator, and is now completing his military career in the U.S. Army National Guard at Brainard airport in Hartford, Connecticuit. Specialist Six boasted he was one of the few servicemen who has served under the water, on the water, in the air, in the Navy CB fighting force, and the U.S. Army. He later retired as Staff Sargent from Fort McClellan after 30 years of service.
Sarg is survived by his daughters: Angel Santivasci, Christina Robinson (Andrew) and Anita Good; his sons: Billy Santivasci, Harold Santivasci, Dominic Santivasci and John Santivasci (Brie); and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Sarg was preceded in death by his parents: Innocenzo and Angelina Santivasci; his children: Toni Santivasci, Tammy Cooper and Billy Santivasci; and his siblings: John, Victor, Leonard, Anthony, Mae and Josephine.
A visitation for Sarg will be held Monday, December 12, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home followed by a celebration of life funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be announced at a later date.
