He is survived by two brothers, Dale Campbell (Pamela) and Paul Campbell; and cousins, Mark McDonald and Scott Boan.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis Campbell and Judy Epperson Campbell.
A graveside service will be held at the Alabama National Cemetery on Monday, December 30, at 12:30pm.
