Wade Harris

Mr. Wade Harris, 74, of Alabaster passed away on January 21, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Quinton and Nettie Mae Harris. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Miller Harris; Son, Jonny Harris; Daughters, Sheryl Bearse(Bob), and April Thrasher(Scott). Brother, Don Harris, and Grandchildren, Holly Bearse, Allana Bearse, and Brandon Thrasher. Wade Harris was an amazing man whose every thought, decision, and movement centered upon first giving glory and praise to his Lord, Jesus Christ and secondly what was best for his family. To him, his purpose was to provide for his wife, children and grandbabies. Their happiness was his happiness and his first priority, always. His grace filled love was felt by every person he met. Wade worked as a Loss Control and Safety Manager for The Sheffield Group. He also co-owned Miller and Harris Accounting. His Colleagues were his second family whom he loved and appreciated very much. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him…….until we meet again. Funeral Services will be Wednesday January 24, at 11:00 A.M. at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Al. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Big Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Ashland, Al.
