RAINEY, JOHN "DAVID," age 57, of Pelham, Alabama, passed away Saturday night, August 3, 2013. The Cullman, Alabama native and long-time resident of the Birmingham, Alabama area was a graduate of Vestavia Hills High School. He loved golfing, fishing, the beach, and working. David is survived by his life-long companion and the mother of his children, Stacey E. Ryan; daughter and son-in-law , Shannon Elise and William Patrick Lombard; son, Michael Brandon Rainey; brother, Rodger Rainey; loving sister-in-law, Lindsey Ryan; grandchildren, Tyler Mytchell Lombard and Abbigail Elise Lombard; niece and nephew, Annie Chelsea and Ryan Stewart; and great-nephew, Brayden Stewart. David also leaves behind his beautiful dog, Lucy. Visitation: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Ridout’s Southern Heritage Funeral Home, Pelham.
