Frank attended Huffman High School where he met and married the love of his life, Katheryn Hinson on August 4, 1972. The marriage was blessed with two daughters.
Frank was employed by Gas and Supply for his last several years until retirement.
He loved fishing and being on the water, and was a permanent fixture at all of his grandchildren's' activities.
Frank is preceded in death by his mother, Rose S. Neeley, his father, Frank Neeley, Sr., his brother John Russell Neeley, and his wife, Kathy Hinson Neeley.
He leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters, Melissa Neeley McKim (Brandon) and Katie Neeley Lee (James) and his brother, Robert Guy Neeley (Susan). He is also survived by his four grandchildren, Bethany Lee, Neeley McKim, Madelyn McKim, and Nora McKim.
Visitation will be held at Southern Heritage Funeral home on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 10 am with graveside service immediately following.
