Frankie Delores Fulgham

Frankie Delores Fulgham, 81, of Helena, Alabama passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024. She was born in Shelby, Alabama on March 11, 1943 to the late Frank Smitherman and Gladys Beryldine Lowery Smitherman.

In addition to her parents, Frankie was preceded in death by her husband, C.W. Fulgham, to whom she was married on June 12, 1959, and beloved cat, Saban. She is survived by three sons, Keith Fulgham (Debbie), Clint Fulgham (Ellen), and Eric Fulgham; grandchildren, Keith Adam Fulgham (Natalie), Jacob Alexander Fulgham, Clinton Joshua Fulgham (Kristi), Blake Fulgham (Alonia), and Justin Kane Fulgham; great-grandchildren, Clinton Maxwell Fulgham, Eva Elizabeth Fulgham, Claire Charlotte Fulgham, Davis Ryne Fulgham, Jackson Rhys Fulgham, Holden Fulgham, and Parker Fulgham; and beloved cat, Dabo.

Frankie's professional careers involved two of her favorite pastimes, floral design and playing piano. Her other hobby, genealogy, led to her membership in the Helena Historical Society.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama from 12 noon to 1 p.m., followed by A Celebration of Frankie's Life at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124. The gravesite committal service will also be Wednesday, December 11, 2024, starting at 2:30 p.m. at Helena City Cemetery.
