Albert Vinsant III, age 64, of Sterrett, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. He was born to Albert and Retha Vinsant on July 5, 1960 in Birmingham, AL. He was a graduate of Shades Valley High School, and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts from UAB. Al enjoyed a career in contracting and design for Vinsant Painting and Decorating for 20 plus years. He also was a proud business owner of A. Vinsant Orginals for 10 plus years. On July 18, 1980 he married the love of his life Jayne McCurry Vinsant, and would have two wonderful children.
Al is preceded in death by his father, Albert Vinsant Jr. and grandson, Adam Asher Vinsant.
He leaves behind his mother, Retha Britnell Vinsant; loving wife, Jayne Vinsant; children, Adam Vinsant, of Sterrett, AL, and Kylie Vinsant Shorack (Wesley) of Eugene, OR; grandchildren, Gavin Vinsant of Toms River, NJ, GeAnna Vinsant of Junction City, OR, Claire Shorack of Eugene, OR, and Catherine Shorack Of Eugene, OR; brothers, Ky Vinsant (Leslie), Scott Vinsant (Denise), and Barry Vinsant.
The family will have a celebration of Al's life in the Spring of 2025.
