Susan A. Allcock

Born November 13, 1955 in Pekin to Richard and Ann Shirley (Moon) Sidell of Pennsylvania, she married Donald Ray Allcock on May 25, 1973 in Pekin. He died November 30, 2013. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Richard Sidell Jr. and her longtime best friend Karen Chance.

Surviving are her son, Brent (Tabitha Sarchet) Allcock; four grandchildren, Nathaniel Allcock and Noelle Allcock both of Bloomington, David (Eryn) Sarchet of Peoria and Ronnie Sarchet of Pekin; two great-grandchildren Olivia and Eleanor Sarchet of Peoria; her sister, Nancy Jo Cisneros and her brother David Sidell.

Susan was a stay at home mother and a homemaker.

She was an avid NASCAR fan and described as a gearhead. Her favorite NASCAR driver was Kyle Bush. Susan loved her grandchildren more than anything and treasured the time they spent together. She was very proud of her grandchildren’s accomplishments, especially Noelle, she was counting down the days until her high school graduation. Susan had a special place in her heart for Shotzie Maxewell Allcock her dog.

Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
