Randy Cramer

Born January 7, 1956 in Pekin to Richard Wayne and Arlene Frances (Zehr) Cramer, he married Angela Holder on June 28, 1986 in Pekin. They later divorced.

Surviving are one son, Nathan W. Cramer of Sandwich; one step-daughter, Natasha (Gary) Dornbush of Madison, Wisconsin; one granddaughter, Hailei Mahurin of Madison, Wisconsin; one sister, Denise (Rev. Jim) West of Pekin and one brother, Richard “Rick” (Luz) Cramer of De Soto, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Randy worked as an electrician out of the IBEW Local 461 in Aurora for 40-plus years.

He loved anything associated with water, fishing, boating riding his wave runner. He was fan of all sports and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.

His memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, September 25, 2020 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. His brother-in-law, Rev. Jim West will officiate. Visitation will be hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Guidelines regarding social distancing and wearing of masks will be followed. Inurnment will be at Prairie Haven Cemetery in Pekin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Diabetes Association, 55 East Monroe Street, Suite 3420, Chicago, Illinois 60603 or a charity of the donor’s choice.
