Marilyn Y. Stout

She was born on June 11, 1937 in Pekin, Illinois to Roy and Clara (Lewis) Nash. She married Ronald Stout on January 11, 1958 in Pekin. He preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her parents; two sons, Ron and David Stout; one daughter, Donna Wilson and one sister, Ruth Williams.

Surviving are four children, Diane (Jeff) Klein of Laguna Beach, CA, Melody (Mike) Lash of Pekin, Steve (Susan) Stout also of Pekin, and Tammie (Victor) Jones of Strasburg, CO; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren, and one sister, Earlene Heuck of Pekin.

Marilyn worked as a Housekeeper at Pekin Hospital for many years before retiring. She enjoyed bingo, bowling, and was an avid reader. Marilyn never met a stranger and always had a kind heart for those she met. She will be remembered as a kind and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, friend and as an amazing cook.

Cremation will be accorded and burial of the urn will be at a later date at Lakeview Cemetery in Pekin.
