Linda Sue Potts

Born August 19, 1946 in Pekin to Gaston Bus and Millie Emily (Carpenter) Tassart, she leaves Kevin Trent Strickland, her significant other of over 30 years.

Also surviving are one daughter, Terra Cranwill of Pekin; two sons, Ricky (Frankie) Van Nattan of Pekin and Shawn Potts of Marquette Heights; ten grandchildren; one great-granddaughter and three brothers, Gerald (Bonnie) Tassart, Don (Vicki) Tassart and Rex (Carol) Tassart, all of Pekin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Brandon Van Nattan.

Linda worked for SC2 and was a crew leader, retiring in 2006 with 23 years of service.

She enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, camping, traveling, cooking, and watching the cooking channel. She was the Auxiliary President of Peoria Motorcycle Club for many years. She was a Bon Jovi fanatic and loved spending time with family. She attended Bridgeway Community Church in Pekin.

Her memorial visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, November 6, 2020, at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. No service is planned.

Private Burial will be held at a later date.
