PEKIN ~ Gary Lee Terrell, 64, of Pekin, was welcomed to heaven at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, January 31, 2021 at his residence.
He was born February 24, 1956 in Peoria, he was the son of Frank Delbert and Ruth Marie (Ulmer) Terrell. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and four sisters.
Surviving are two sons, Benjamin (Stacey) Terrell of Burbank and Adam Terrell of Pekin; one daughter, Samantha Terrell of Raleigh, North Carolina; one granddaughter, Mary Terrell of Burbank; two sisters and one brother.
He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing. Most of all he loved his children and grandchildren.
Gary retired as a production manager from the printing field in 2009 after 20 years.
Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. A gathering celebrating Gary’s life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
