Debra S Hugill

She was born March 1, 1955 in Pekin to Walter and Catherine Norma (Bledsoe) Hartman. She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, David Hartman; and her dog, Bandit.

Surviving are her mother and step-father, Norma and Warren Bouchez of Kingston Mines; one daughter, Carmen Waller of Peoria; three sons, Dennis Shirley, Brandon (Kelli) Wood, and Anthony Hugill, all of Peoria; one grandson, Rodney Shirley; one brother, Robert Hartman of Peoria; two sisters, Connie Mata of Peoria and Tina (Dave) Johnson of Eldon, MO; one niece, Kelly (Isaac) King; two nephews, Edward Hartman and Michael Broom; and her boyfriend, Carlos Rivera.

Debra enjoyed playing pool and going to Par-a-dice.

Her memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory, 500 North 4th Street, Pekin, where visitation will be one hour before the service. Pastor James Rodgers will officiate. Cremation will be accorded.

There will be a repast following the service at Pilgrim’s of Progress Church COGIC, 3033 West Marquette Street, Peoria, IL 61605.
