In loving memory of Tommy Neal Tillman, 64, who left this life to be with Jesus on July 02, 2024. Tommy passed away in his home in Manvel, TX. He was born to Bud Tillman and Ann Ross in Fort Worth, TX, on October 31, 1959, where he stayed until 2004. He then moved to Littlefield, TX, and in 2013 met the love of his life, Sarah Faye Tillman. The two moved to Lubbock to be with Sarah's family and then eventually made their way to the Houston area to live out the remainder of their lives together. Tommy spent his adult life working as a maintenance technician in the chemical industry, then later in the residential industry for Invitation Homes. He loved God, the ocean, animals, and fishing. But most of all, Tommy loved his wife, Sarah, who preceded him in death on March 27, 2024, and his family--both the one he was born into--and the one he took as his own in marriage. He was the kind of man who worked hard, fiercely protected his family, and loved without constraints. He was the best brother, father, grandfather, and friend.
Tommy leaves behind sister Lisa Anthony and her husband Todd, nieces and nephews Kindra, Justin, and Cody Anthony and his wife Megan, brothers Bobby Tillman and Rodney Jack and his wife Missy, mother Ann Jack and her husband Bob, Aunt Carolyn Boleyn, whom he loved like a mother, Uncle Richard Tillman, numerous cousins, step-children Hollie O'neil, Shannon Rice, and Rachel Ramirez, and dozens of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Tommy was preceded in death by another step-daughter, Melody Pesina, in 2021. He will be incredibly and forever loved and missed.
Tommy's interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park in Lubbock, TX, where he will be laid to rest with his beloved wife, Sarah.
