Ajay Chacko was born in Kerala, India and brought up in Houston, Texas. He was the first son of the family, and as such, grew up to be a towering and gentle giant. He was a man of few words, but his humble and loving nature made him so quickly adored by those around him. He was a sentimental man who hated conflict and lived to build others up. He shared his grandfather’s quiet strength and meek heart.
Through his human resources career, he spent his life professionally setting other people up for success. As a brother and son, he created opportunities for the family to bond and grow together. As Uncle Ajay, he was beloved by the third generation of the Chacko family.
In the last days of his life, he was surrounded by the love of his entire extended family and comforted by the prayers of churches across the country and world. He will be missed, but his family is comforted knowing he is resting in peace. Ajay is survived by his brother (Abel), sister (Asha), brother-in-law (Nithin), mother (Mariyamma) and father (Yohannan). Until we meet again on the other shore.
