Robert William "Billy" Parman, 63, passed from this life Sunday, September 1, 2019, at his residence in Braxton.
Billy was born November 27, 1955, in Delaware, a son of the late Rocky Parman and Merle Usry Parman.
Billy honorably served our country as an Army Ranger. He was employed for many years as a deputy for the Hinds County Sheriff's Office. He also held a Master License for commercial air conditioning and refrigeration.
Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Terry Parman; son, Robert W. Parman, Jr.; daughters, Jennifer Toney and Courtney Mahoney; and seven grandchildren.
