Don't know her but she is a beautiful angel



I found out several days after Lauren's death and was unable to come to the funeral,which I really regret.
 
I knew Lauren from Dunkin Doughnuts. I talked to her a couple of days a week. She was a ray of sunshine every time I talked to her. A sweet women to say the least. I'm sorry for your families loss. Lauren was a special person who I will really miss.

I hadn’t known Lauren for very long, we met through a mutual friend some time last year. I just wanted to say I am thankful that I got to know her for the short period of time that I did. She was such a beautiful girl with the biggest heart and had so much love and compassion for everyone she met. My little girl fell in love with her! She’d always ask and still does “Where’s Lauren?! Where’s Lauren?!” She’s only two but my goodness did she and does she love her some Lauren! It breaks my heart that she won’t get to be around her anymore. My Layla looked up to you so much Lauren!! You were her role model. ❤️ I know for a FACT, a whole lot of lives won’t be the same anymore with her not physically here with us anymore. I hope all of her family members can get through this awful tragedy. A beautiful, young life was cut short but God had bigger plans for this sweet angel! ❤️ Rest peacefully Lauren. Layla, JJ and me love you and will miss you dearly. 

Puddin, my heart is breaking for you. I can't express my feelings about this tragic loss for you and your family. Such a beautiful young lady, wonderful life ahead of her. P!ease know that you are in my prayers during this most difficult time.  Rejoice in God's Promise you will be together again. Much love to you.

 I saw you almost daily as I came through to get my coffees. You’d sit there and talk and laugh with me and my wife. You were always smiling and bright. While I didn’t know you outside of your work, I got to know you through talks at Dunkin. I remember one time you looking at a girl and telling her she better take my coffee back because you could tell it wasn’t right, even before I tasted it. Your kind heart shined and touched many people I know for sure.  While I know many will miss you, I promise your smile and kindness will be missed as we go to get our coffee daily.

I sit and oh how t laugh knowing that Scott is fixing to catch it you always was the one one taking my side rather I was right or wrong, for so many years I did not think I had a daughter any more she stayed at your house more than mine and if y’all girls wanted to go somewhere Stephen or Kevin was there to take y’all reguardless of the time. Then as life pulls you into becoming a adult you see less of each other but that bond and love never changes. I love you Lauren and this earth will be missing out on one beautiful person while heaven has gained your presence. 

I met Lauren while she worked at Dunkin Donuts in March of 2018. I was still fairly new to the area and had started going there every Friday morning on my way to work. She was the first person that smiled at a complete stranger, and she made me feel like I wasn't a stranger at all. Somehow, without even knowing her, she made me feel like I had known her for many years. Our first conversation was of course about coffee. I had always had original coffee and wanted to try a flavored coffee, but I didn't know what I would like. That's when she started my tradition. She recommended the seasonal Girl Scout Peanut Butter Cookie. I fell in love with that flavor and came every Friday to get the same thing. I also liked talking to her. I guess you could say I became her regular...to the point where as soon as I walked in the door and to the counter, she would ask me if I wanted what I always got on Fridays. I remember specifically one Friday I came in and was going to get breakfast because it was an earlier morning for me to be at work that day. I had picked out a donut and was about to pay for it when she asked me if it would be okay if she picked my donut  out because she thought I wouldn't really like the one I got. I don't remember which one i picked,  but I remeber what she picked out for me. Birthday cake flavored donut. Delicious. She said it was one of her favorites. I remeber these moments the most. After a few weeks, we added each other on Facebook and exchanged numbers. Also became snapchat and Instagram buddies. She was the sweetest girl I had met and was easy to talk to. I was really upset to hear of her passing, and I will be praying for the family. Just thought of sharing my story of Lauren. She was a phenomenal girl. Rest easy sweet girl! -Breanna 
Ps. I'll always order Girl Scout Peanut Butter cookie coffee and remember the story behind it.
