Mr. Robert J. Russo, 73, of Peachtree City, passed away April 1, 2020. He was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Anthony Michael Russo and Catherine Ferrara Russo. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Russo had a passion for teaching and loved his job teaching OSHA certification with the Teamsters. He was known for his funny stories and enjoyed family dinners.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Rose E. Russo; son, Mike Russo; daughter, Shelly Clements and her husband, David Clements, Jr; granddaughters, Anna Claire Clements and Hannah Haines.
A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home and Crematory, Peachtree City, is in charge of arrangements.
