Maria Perez Marrero

She was born in Tahoka, Texas on March 13, 1953 to Suzano Perez and Guadalupe Salinas. She was married to Mario Marrero for 10 plus years. Maria Marrero had a career Tech C and damage control inspector for Exxon Mobil Pipeline Company. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church Samaritans, and youth church in Tahoka called Hijas de Maria. She had a passion for riding her bicycle, gardening, knitting, poetry and painting.

She is survived by her Mother; Guadalupe Davila, Sons; Robert Aviles and Michael Robinson, Brothers; Suzano Perez, Oscar DeJesus, Sister; Dolores D. Wilkes, Grandsons; Erik Allen Robinson, Steven Thomas Robinson, Nephew; Jonathan Mark Zook, Niece; Suzanne Espinoza

A visitation for Maria will be held Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Mary's Church, 816 Park Dr, La Porte, TX 77571. A graveside service will occur Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505. A funeral service will occur Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 816 Park Dr, La Porte, TX 77571.
