Juan Patrick Rios

Juan Patrick “Tiny” Rios, 39, of Pasadena, Texas, passed away peacefully as he entered fully into the presence of the Lord and Savior on October 18, 2020. He was survived by his wife of 12 years Melody Ann Rios of Port Lavaca, Texas and three daughters Alicia Khristal Hernandez, 21, where she is currently stationed in Jacksonville, Florida as a Navy Corpsman; Brittnee Nikol Rios,18, of Port Lavaca, Texas where she is currently in her senior year of high school; Aalea Adreana “Travis” Rios, 16, of Pasadena, Texas where she is an avid comic character artist; younger brother Enrique Rene Rios (wife Michelle Rios) of La Marque, Texas; and loving mother Marilyn Louise Richardson of Pasadena, Texas.

Juan Patrick Rios was born on December 2,1980 to his late father Juan Antonio Rios and mother Marilyn Louise Richardson. After attending Job Corps for one year, he soon after got into his lifelong profession of hydro blasting, where he worked for 17 years. He was a force of nature, anyone who knew him knew he had a heart of gold and one contagious smile on his face no matter the circumstances. Juan was determined to provide for his family and give them the life he thought they deserved. His daughters meant more to him than anything else in the world. He was always saying how much they meant to him, how proud he was of them and how much he loved them. He was employed with USA DABUSK for the past 8 years, where he was known as “Tiny” to everyone. Juan had an abundance of loyal friends and hydro blasting brothers, also known as the “Hydro Blasting Brotherhood”, over the years. Juan Patrick Rios was also a passionate craftsman, he could be found in his workshop at home during his time off, working on gifts for his family and friends. He also was known for his awesome and amazing BBQing skills during cookouts with family and friends. Anyone who knew him knew that he was the most loving father his daughters could ask for, but also a great husband, son, brother, uncle and best friend.

He is preceded in death by his father Juan Antonio Rios.
