Guadalupe Enriquez

Maria Guadalupe Uresti de Enriquez passed on June 23, 2021 at the age of 74 years. She was born on October 7, 1946 in Parras del la Fuente, Coahuila, Mexico and raised in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico. She was predeceased in death by her husband Robert C. Enriquez; parents Baltazar Uresti Rivera and Maria de Jesus Enriquez de Uresti.

She is survived by her children, their spouses and grandchildren. Christine Enriquez Zaragoza & Basilio Zaragoza, Jr, Glenda Ann Enriquez & Moises Martinez, Sylvia Ann Enriquez, Robert Enriquez Jr. and Veronica Enriquez, Julia Enriquez & Jose Perez. Stephanie Nicole Salazar, Robert Michael Enriquez III, Isaac Julian Ruiz and Jacob Ryan Enriquez. Her siblings; Jose Cruz Uresti Dominguez +, Oralia Leal, Blanca Elvira Uresti, Melchor Uresti+, Elsa Yolanda Valerio, Maria Concepion Uresti +, Elvia Nelida Gonzalez +, Victoria Uresti Caldera, Victor Manuel Uresti, Baltzar Uresti +, Leticia Magdalena Uresti, Martha Veronica Baez, Maria de la Luz Uresti and Miguel Angel Uresti.

Lupe was married to Robert for 49 years and lived in Pasadena, Texas. Lupe was a homemaker who loved to cook for anyone and everyone. She loved to sew and even made her own wedding dress. She also loved birds and roses in all colors. She was always ready for a weekend trip to Matamoros. Her favorite thing to do was praising God with her church family at Iglesia del Pueblo.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday July 1, 2021 at Grandview Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday July 2, 2021 at Iglesia del Pueblo in Pasadena, Texas at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park/Bethany Cemetery at 12:00 noon.
