To the Mosqueda family my deepest condolences to all.  I remember Cesar as a happy student at Gardens Elementary.  I was his teacher for a couple of years.
I enjoyed his contributions in the classroom...The last time I saw him was years ago at a restaurant and he recognized me and called out "Ms. Gutierrez" do you remember me? How can someone forget you", was my reply.  He was always in a happy mood.

To a great man I had the pleasure of meeting since I was a little girl. You were like the big brother that I never had. You will always be loved and remembered. And to the family, my condolences and prayers for strength through this difficult time.

Mr. Mosqueda, I never met you, but I know you must have been a wonderful man.  Your son is proof of that. I had the privilege to work with Juancarlos and he is an exceptional person. Rest in peace knowing your legacy lives on.

Where to begin dad. Thank you for everything you taught me and always being there for us. No words can explain how much I appreciate everything you did for my kids, Norma and I. My kids will miss you dearly and I will make sure they grow up knowing how much you loved and cared for them. You will always be a part of everything we do and will be remembered constantly for all the good you did for everyone and the immense heart you had. Don't worry about mom as a promised you she will be well taken care of and loved unconditionally. I want you to rest easy and not worry about us but simply watch over us!
