Robert Bruce Richards

Robert (Rob) Bruce Richards, 52, of Parkersburg, WV passed away on July 10 2019 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, OH. Rob was born on July 13, 1966 in Parkersburg, WV a son of the late Robert Carroll Richards and Alda Ruth (Clegg) Richards. Rob graduated from Parkersburg High School and was a former student at West Virginia University at Parkersburg. He was an Engineer and career employee at Frontier Communications. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, Cincinnati Reds baseball, North Carolina Tar Heels basketball and Dallas Cowboys football Rob adored his two dogs, Maggie and Fritz. Rob leaves behind four siblings, sisters; Sheila (Edwin) Eaton of Vienna, WV, Rhonda (Kevin) Kaufman of Moundsville, WV, brothers; Kevin (Barbara) Richards of Westminster, CO and Scott (Debbie) Richards of Parkersburg, WV. In addition to his parents, Rob was preceded in death by his dearly beloved spouse and best friend, Harold “Gene” Davis, also of Parkersburg, WV. There will be no public services at this time.
