Wayne was born August 9, 1956 in Parkersburg, WV to Oscar John and Ethel Fosteen {Hughes} Bell.
He married Sherrie Ann Riel in 1990.
Wayne was a mechanic and enjoyed working on cars.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Sherrie of 24 years, daughter Sarah (Johnthon) Quick of Parkersburg, grandchildren Faith and Lily Quick
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents.
