The family will receive friends at Bright-Holland Funeral Home on Wednesday, Dec. 4th from 1:30-2:00 p.m. followed by a funeral procession to the Evergreen Chapel where services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Pastor John Mark Ingram will officiate.
Mrs. Ingram, the daughter of Woody Watson, Sr. & Jimmie Christine Harvell Watson, was born Aug. 16, 1952, in Dallas, TX.
She attended school in Dumas, TX during most of her school years. Jo was a homemaker & housewife who loved cold weather, her bedroom, cigarettes, and Western TV. Before her health failed, she attended the United Pentecostal Church. Jo was known for always being on the telephone with her mother & sister. She was a supporter & advocate for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105, where memorials may be sent if desired.
Jo was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Earl Ingram, a daughter, Stephanie Ingram, a sister, Linda LaForge, a granddaughter, Harper Butler, and a niece, Marce LaForge.
Survivors include three children, Jeff Ingram, Greg Ingram (Jodie), and Christy Butler (Charles), grandchildren, Zach Ingram, Tanner Ingram, Aubrey Porter, Matthew Ingram, Katelyn Kent, Blaine Slagle, Mason Ingram, Eric Kent, Kaleb Ingram, Hannah Butler, and Haydin Butler, several great grandchildren, and a brother, Woody Watson, Jr. along with several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
Casket bearers will be: Zach Ingram, Tanner Ingram, Aubrey Porter, Matthew Ingram, Blaine Slagle, Mason Ingram, Eric Kent, and Kaleb Ingram.
